      image Why do we need an appointment when you have no other customers in the building. I walked in at around 10 am and asked to open a new account. The reply was do you have an appointment. I responded no, Im a walk-in. The reply was can you come back at two we have appointments scheduled all day. With no customers in the bank. Why can you not help walk-in customers?

      image Depending on when you go you leave happy or extremely annoyed. Short staffing often makes tellers grumpy and hating their job. They take it out on the customer. Other days they are friendly and smiling. I give 2 stars for those days. Work on improving employee relations for a better experience please
