        My car needed help with the engine light came on. Diagnosed a part was needed. Installed with no problem. The lady ordered my tires and were taken care of giving me safe driving again. Very professional and concern given to expedite my service. I thank them taking care of my issues and recommend them highly for their expertise.

      Hi Marcus - we open at 7:30am and you arrived around 8am so we already had several (approximately 6) customers cars ahead of you. Our service writer informed you of the potential wait, and you agreed. We are first come first serve and apologize we didn’t meet your time expectations. Perhaps, if we were made aware that you had a limited schedule we could have had you come another day.
