My car salesman was Phillip Ellison and my transaction or buying experience was from three states over. Phillip made the car buying experience pleasant and the complete transaction smooth. Phillip was extremely professional and kept me informed through the whole buying process. From preparing the sales contract, picking me up at the airport to explaining the ins and outs of my slightly used 2021 Jeep Gladiator. I believe that I might have spent only an hour at the dealership from receiving to my departure. The true test was of the caring and customer service he displayed even though the vehicle I purchased wasn't even the brands they normally sell but, it didn't stop him from making me feel special. Thanks Phillip, well done my friend.

I just relocated to Savannah from Minnesota and needed to purchase a car. My salesperson, Aaron Smith, was so wonderful, I didn't even look at another dealership. This was my first "new" car purchase (in a completely new city!) and it was a stressful situation for me. Aaron asked questions that helped me decide what was best for me and showed me all the available options and price ranges. Aaron really worked for me to help buy my **very new** pre-owned Buick! It was the first car I was interested in since moving to Georgia and I should've just went to Critz weeks ago! The buying process was great and easy; it was just one trip to test drive and I owned a car two days later. The price was almost too good to believe!
