Don't even waste your time with them. I had originally done an application back in April and had to pay fees costing almost $300. I didn't get a response back until months later. I was asked if I wanted an admin refund and I immediately said yes. Every time I was emailed if I was still interested I said no and asked for my admin refund. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone and was told that I'd get a call back. Honestly it was my mistake for believing them and hanging up. All the numbers connected to them will automatically send you to voicemail.

I applied LAST WEEK OF MARCH and Ive been waiting to receive my $200 admin fee back , its now JUNE !

I moved in sep I had no blinds for my slide back door, cabinets missing handles, cabinets dont close all the way, tile on floor shifting, Bathroom barley decent I moved in and had to clean my own bathroom and plenty of other stuff smh I do not recommend no one to stay here only because of maintenance I been here since September and nothing still havent been done in my apartment and its December now. I see they fixing there other apartments but havent come and correct the issues in my apartment and I pay rent here. It was suppose to be done before I moved in but still nothing. Maintenance took pictures and still nothing. If anyone knows there corporate number please let me know I would appreciate it ! Cause at this point enough is enough I already gave them 3 chances and shouldnt of gave them that. Im not paying rent for nothing. Im definitely not renewing my lease .
