The Baxly

The amenities are nice in that there are a variety of things to do. The gym area particularly is by far my favorite, although it can be better ventilated. A snack or drink machine would be nice in the lobby area. I am pleased with the friendliness of the residence and how quiet it is inside the building. The views are gorgeous from almost every angle, and it has been by far a great experience thus far.

The maintenance staff is spot on! Nice people, and they operate in a very timely fashion with great attitudes. Always respond to work orders within 24-48 hours, and the solutions actually solve the issue at hand and don't just "patch up" the issue like I've experienced at other properties in the past.

I have now been here for longer than 3 years and the experience keeps getting better. The Baxly has been bought out by new management and with new management comes new staff. The office staff and maintanence staff are always help out when I and if Ineed something and i enjoy seeing them around daily. It is more like family then it is like than having staff. The staff sets the Baxly apart from the rest of the other apartment complexes they make you feel like your concerns are their own and they follow through with their action. They do what they say they are going to, which is rare in this day and age. I truly enjoy living here. The neighbors are great and the community is excellent. I even enjoy the all the pets especially "Baxly" himself our little mascot. Great job. Great place to live, great community.

Love living in The Baxly. The appartment is beautiful, the layout is roomy. The River view is great. And the common areas are the best!
