I Had a decent experience when I first went to this business. We asked if our tax preparer could give some general information about a prior tax year that we still had concerns about. She agreed and asked us to email the information and call a few days later so she had some time to look over it. We Have called 25- 30 different times to get this taken care off. They either dont answer, or answers and asks you to call back at the end of the day. Then no one answers when you call back at the end of the day. Then when we were able to get her one the phone she completely lost the email. Then she found the email and asks for us to call back agian. This has been going on since March 13 th. It is May 26 th. Went up to the business today to speak in person and they are closed for weeks until June 12 th. When we went to this business we ended up paying extra then what we were told on the phone for the service. I didnt mind because the first time in the business was a great experience. But i see this company cares about money more than customer service.
