Horrible experience, I do not recommend. I provided my information to Elizabeth Hancock in February so she can do my taxes as we agreed. I called to ask if she completed my taxes, I went to the office where she refused to see me, and she never reached out to me again. In May I requested she returned all my documents to me so I could locate someone else to complete my taxes for me. I didnt receive my information back until the end of July in which was missing my personal items. When I asked where were the rest of my documents she made a very smart remark that her receptionist related to me. This office does not know how to handle peoples paperwork nor do they have good customer service, you would be better off going somewhere else.

The absolute worst communication, responsiveness, customer service. There is no customer service. After 5 months of dropping off info for my tax returns, they will not answer phone or email. They are never at the office. Truly the worst experience with a business I've ever had to date. First bad review I've ever left. People should know.

I'm not sure they are even alive at this point. (I hope so) I'm a client and have left messages for several months, sent emails and tried to get work done and there is no response. I'm hoping they are ok, but good luck trying to use them for your small business.
