We had new tires installed on two vehicles. The service was prompt, and everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. Other issues with the vehicles were identified with information and estimates for repairs. I definitely recommend Pep Boys in Alpharetta GA.

I worked closely with the service managers John and Doug. I had a Suzuki XL7 with a check engine light on. The diagnostic showed a bad catalytic converter and o2 sensor. Both were repaired yet the check engine light came back on showing the same problems. They replaced both again and yet the same issue. These guys called in a specialist to look at the truck and we leaned the computer went bad as well. Since Suzuki is no longer selling this vehicle they were unable to replace the computer system. All and all this was an unfortunate experience but this entire team worked with with me for almost 3 weeks to fix this vehicle. Since it would not pass emissions, Doug told me about getting an emissions waiver (I never knew that was an option). I got the waiver and I'm now back on the road. I will get rid of my Suzuki but this team of professionals went wayyyy above and beyond to satisfy me. Thank you John, Doug, and the entire team that worked on my vehicle. This is by far the most trustworthy group of professionals and they have gained my trust.
