        Had appointment, wait time was mimum before truck was taken to service area. Clerks was and always courteous whenever I vist.

        Highly recommend Pep Boys I came in with frustration aggression and plan out mad at the lender company for stifling me with a faulty car but I brought my 2018 Ford EcoSport in and Jamie the Store Manager changed my whole perspective on car repair shops he got my vehicle fixed in the efficient time frame was suppose to be longer but once those parts come in your vehicle is priority, and issue resolved! Thanks Jamie highly recommend this repair shop!
