Brittany was amazing the entire process. Even though the u-haul system was on the fritz, she did everything she could to make sure I was able to get my truck. Thank you Brittany, I genuinely appreciate all you did. Everyone else kinda sucked and didn't really care to try.

I like this property a lot. It's noticeably clean, well-maintained, feels safe, and is priced very reasonably. The staff is also friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help, so moving in was easier and less stressful than other storage places at which I have rented. Most recently, I had a billing issue I was confused about and after emailing their customer service, I received a response within ONE HOUR from someone named Samantha, who had fixed it for me immediately. Thanks Samantha and thanks Midgard!

These people are crooks! Signed a rental lease only to show up to find that unit locked by Midgard - they insisted on moving me to a lower tier unit at 25% higher price! After 2 months they doubled my rent! They lure you in and then try to squeeze you - when I contacted them to discuss they were unyielding and almost hostile while just saying its a month to month lease, we can do what we want. Oh and there are roaches in the climate controlled units.
