Janice is the best! She personally helped me with a problem I encountered getting access to my unit and moving some my stuff. Seeing the enormity of the problem I was facing she was then able to put me in touch with someone who could help me immediately. This is the best customer service I have ever encountered. I am very thankful for all the assistance she provided.

Janice was pleasant to speak with and very helpful. Its nice to run into an establishment where the people truly enjoy what they are doing, and it shows by the way they carry themselves and how they treat customers. Great place!

Wasn't sure what to expect having learned that the facility kiosk has virtual assistance only but I have to say that I'm impressed. Despite being contactless, this PublicStorage does an amazing job following up via phone and being available to answer questions. Facilities are secure, convenient and clean. Reasonably priced. Quite pleased with the entire experience and would recommend to others.
