Good luck dealing with this company. Left numerous messages daily(voice mail, email) for over 4 weeks. Not one person bothered to contact me. Not sure how they do business not communicating with customers. Would recommend not using this company for any business!!

These ppl refuse to come and fix things. My door has been broken for 2 years due to paramedics having to kick it open when I had a medical emergency. Someone walked in here on me 2 months later and I've been having panic attacks and suffering from PTSD ever since. I have asked these ppl REPEATEDLY to come fix this door! They won't fix the dishwasher, the shower head nor the clogged sink! The dryer that they refuse to fix has torn up numerous clothing items, costing me money to replace. They won't even pay the company phone bill so I have to send letters in requesting repairs every month when I mail the rent! They'll take my damn rent money but won't send a service person out to fix anything! I keep my end of the deal but they refuse to honor their part! IM TIRED OF PLEADING WITH THESE PPL, I've been nothing but nice! NOT HAPPY WITH JULIE KEYS attitude at all!!!! I can't sleep at night worried if I will wake up with someone standing over me! I can't lock my door from the outside so I'm always worrying if I am going to come home and some maniac jumps out of the closet or from under the bed to hurt or kill me! I already suffer from nervous conditions before I moved in here!!!! This only makes it worse! I will be contacting some ppl to see what my legal rights are!!!!
