        Brian honored an estimate several months old for tires at a fantastic price, beating out competing discounters. He provided help and guidance on several vehicle issues that were outside Firestone's scope. Everyone conveyed the correct customer service attitude and genuinely cared. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, a young mechanic ran out to warn me my tailgate was open. I knew it was broken and open and was not bothered, but he didn't know that. I was duly impressed with his concern for my safety. I will shop again at this Firestone because of the people that work there.
