Wells Fargo Bank

I guess having a wellsfargo auto loan the branch doesnt consider you a customer without a checking! they wouldnt notarize my documents or talk to me. I said but I have a $50k auto loan with you guys sorry wrong kind of customer I guess

I switched to Wells Fargo a while back and this is my main bank. Everyone is courteous and helpful when I need to do any business inside.

I will never use this bank again. I was planning on moving my banking to Wells Fargo and after a Friday experience I will never go back. I ended up @ PNC with one of the best banking experiences. Wells Fargo has ZERO commitment to customer service.

Really aggravating how this location's ATM isn't covered when it rains. Also it always seems understaffed. I walked in to talk to a banker, and was ignored as they looked right at me then walked to the back. A polite, "We'll be with you shortly" would have made a world of difference.

If I could have put a zero, I would have.  The absolute worst.  I have been in this bank a total of 4 times and each and every time it was the most frustrating experience you could imagine.  From the Tellers to the Managers - Just awful!  I've banked with WF for too many years to state and I mostly do my business at the Magnolia Branch (which is fantastic). Because of shear locality and a time factor I have used this facility. Every time I'm thinking..." this time it's going to be better" NOPE! I sincerely wish someone with authority would check into this and I would be more than happy to be interviewed stating the specifics surrounding the nonexistent customer service going on at your Shallowford facility. Bottom line - they are succeeding driving customers away.  I was so frustrated this afternoon, I told the Teller if I had more time, I'd draw every single cent I have out of this bank ...and I'm still considering it.
