The location is odd and small but the people are very friendly and helpful. I prefer too go here than too their other locations. I don't know why people felt judged here in other reviews but I'm sorry they did. I've came here covered in paint with dirty hair and came here dressed nicely and was always treated the same way. Perhaps the staff should take these reviews into consideration but I feel very good about my interactions with the staff, they are personable and remember me every time.

Horrible location. I'm not one to normally write reviews or degrade places. I have had three bad experiences in a row. This bank and its entire staff look and appear entitled and we are lucky to be having their presence in front of us.
They always have a wait. At lunch time, they will be running one teller, maybe two. They have room for three. With no drive-thru you would expect a full staff inside. The staff is very unfriendly and management acts like they have the keys to the Federal Reserve. I have witnessed them question two separate payroll checks on individuals; both were verified by phone, but no apology was given to the customer...just a shrug.
They are slow at processing customers as well. I created a new account for online banking. Got home and needed my debit card number to access...it will arrive in 5-7 days, but the bank could have given me a temporary one...but that wasn't even offered. They also had to locate the keys to a desk because the girl took them home. One hour to open an account; I should have went to Regions across the street...
This location may be new, but it is not the best. I hope someone knocks them off of their pedestals and they realize that they actually work for the customers and not the other way around.
