        They are very rude, unprofessional & try to be disrespectful. They needs a new manager, so they can improve their customers service skills.

        This Rite Aid used to be a nice place to visit a few years ago.Nowadays they never seem to have certain products in stock.If you call and check to see if they have a product in stock,they put you on hold forever and the music eventually makes you sleepy! 😂They greet you and everything but never seem to ask you if you need assistance, so you pretty much look for items on your own.One star rating for now,but there's always room for improvement.
