Dollar General

Everytime I come to this establishment its literally something. Their equipment & system never works. Today I went in to purchase detergent, for which I clipped a digital coupon. The coupon gave a range of ounces to which it could be applied under one brand. I brought two of different sizes to the register because I noticed only one size had a label advertising the digital coupon. As Im speaking with the cashier she informs me that the coupon is not applying on her end for either item. I asked her if the manager could then adjust the item that was labeled to have a digital coupon that I did in fact clip. She stated she was the manager & had only been there for 3 days so she doesnt know what else to do. At the same amount another coworker walked behind the counter & she asked if they could help her. They then proceeded to say the same thing. I told her to go ahead & take the other customers while I check my app. I came back to the counter using a different online account with the same coupons which again did not work. She was visibly irritated & didnt make an effort not to show it in body language & attitude. As a customer that behavior from a manager is extremely off putting. If it takes that little to get a person frustrated then said person shouldnt be working in a customer service position. Not to mention, her appearance was very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location, I receive much better service at the Fayetteville location.

This is one of the most ghetto stores I have ever visited. They have music blasted, prices are always incorrect and they never want to honor the price, that's on the item period. If you reach out to the corporate, nothing is ever done.

Online it says the store closes at 10 but I arrived at 9:21 and the doors were locked. Either the employees decided on their own to close early or they need to update their time, because this is a inconvenience and a waste of time and gas.

Not only do this store closes when it wants to, you will see one price and be rung up a different one. asked a cashier if they plan on updating their prices and she said she didn't know with a bad attitude. WOW great service.....NOTHING HAS CHANGED. This stores turnover rate is ridiculous no one wants to help. Still not changing the prices to reflex corrct price u just pay whatever they tell u the price is. Store needs to be closed or needs better employees

This has to be one of the rudest stores Ive ever been to.They are not there for the customers they walk around and treat you as if youre stealing. And if Im being quiet frankly if I was a thief. Dollar general would not be on my hit list so why they was treating me as such is asinine. Overall the experience was TRASH and they need to take some humble pills, seeds, tablets something cause they need help.
