Have had both the father and the son here for a few warranty issues over the last several years. They both work fast and efficiently, and they document anything that the warranty company needs. Would definitely recommend in the future!

More headaches than the service. We honestly kept the business card just to give people we dont like. So much more repair I have to do because of the son. Maybe if dad came out it wouldnt be an issue. Son had to video chat dad the whole time. I literally have 1 k or more of damages because of son. Reckless. Not careful. Literally was spitting chewing tobacco in front of me which make me want to vomit but also threw his dip in my yard to clean up!! In front of me!! He told me dad taught him. Dad he needs more lessons if hes going to be the face of your business.

My experience with Cribbs plumbing was nothing less than impeccable. Mr. Jerry and his son have both come to my home for repairs, and I can honestly say I was very impressed by their professionalism and timeliness. They both went above their expected duties and took the time to not only educate me on ways to make repairs myself, but they also explained to me the process and procedures they used to make repairs to my plumbing issues. I really appreciated the good nature and honesty of both Mr. Jerry and Alex and I look forward to working with them again in the future. They are an example that there's still some good honest people left in this world, and I would recommend their business to anyone.
