Today, Monday, March 25, 2024 I spent the whole day from 10 AM to present It is now 4 PM and I am still here in the store complaining about my account. I want to give the store rep a 5 star she was by her self multi tasking with multiple customers and did great. However AT&T gave her a very hard time calling customer service. They done me the same way, Ive spent over 6 hours on the phone with customer service. My next step tomorrow I will be going to the corporate office. I will be calling the cops to file the police report. Because I dont have the time to keep complaining. Im now leaving at 4:17 PM
