Went in for a physical for a new job position. Everything was quick and painless, clean environment with knowledgeable and Friendly staff. 5 star service.

Totally disappointed! Not professional at any level. This NP, Jennifer Wooten was not interested about my symptoms or why I was here! She guessed at what was wrong with me. No blood was drawn, no xray, actually not interested in my welfare at all. This happened today, 04/08/2024, all she was interested in was if she could see the eclipse of the sun. I will not come back to this Medical Center for any type of care!

Ive been using this facility for years with most of my medical needs and after today I will not be going back. The Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer Wooten didnt listen to any of my symptoms and did not want to hear what I had to say. She was more worried about the Solar Eclipse and kept going outside to view it. Dont recommend her or this place as long as she is working there.

Overall this was a good visit, considering it was a sick visit. I went in with complaints of a severe sore throat and body aches. It was ruled that I likely had a viral infection, which always kind of doesnt sit well with me bc Im always thinking how do you know? I guess the throes of illness and wanting an antibiotic to make it all better tend to lead that type of thinking. Anyway, they swabbed me and tested for COVID, strep, and the flu. That made me feel better since I was almost sure I had a nasty case of strep that they could fix. I ended up testing positive for COVID, and they prescribed me some things to alleviate the symptoms and were very helpful and professional. Id also like to point out that the nurse took the time to establish a family history and my own personal history, beyond just new patient intake forms. That stands out the most. Would recommend to anyone needing medical care in the area.
