        I saw a pa for my back injury and was prescribed lidocaine patches. My insurance wants a preauthorization and I called the Pooler office but no one answers the phone. Its all automated. I had to drive to Savannah to speak to someone and it still had not been done. Not very happy with their service

        I liked Dr. Spellman and his staff. Good guy. Down to earth, identified what the problem was quickly, and treated the issue quickly. Many times Physicians are aloof, detached, and distant. This man and his staff are friendly, very smart, efficient, and effective. I have to say Chatham Orthopedics has the best collection of Physicians, PAs, and MAs Ive ever seen. Impressive and effective people.
