All the staff I've encountered are wonderful. Even had 2 on different occasions interact and play with my child for over 30 minutes in any activity he wanted.

The instructors make the classes fun that you want to come back each time.

This place has very rude employees. I would not waist my time or money at this dump. The manager is very rude and does not care about the customers.
