        First and foremost the pictures are deceiving, hotel is run down none of the rooms look as posted. Upon arrival of location, at first front desk gentleman was nice. Got to room drop items off went to go eat with wife. After coming back to room discovered pubic hair on the sheets in multiple spots. Decided to inspect bed further to make sure no bed bugs and to go complain. After removing sheet found blood on mattress.. at this point done with this hotel.. pack all items and get ready to check out. Person from before wasnt at office was a young lady explained everything to this lady she get loud and very rude. Refusing to get manager on the phone and telling me I dont know what Im talking about after showing her the pictures. Finally she calls manager who is completely rude over the phone. We left no refund but heres the review as well Ive contacted Windham and provided the pictures
