Undeniable Healthcare

I drive 30 minutes to this location because the staff is the best!

Would not recommend. I had flu like symptoms for several days, and went to Undeniable Healthcare. I said I thought it might be either strep or the flu. They ONLY tested me for those 2 things and nothing else, and when the test came up negative told me it was probably the pollen. I have never had a reaction to pollen in 30 years and told her that my family also had all the same symptoms, her response was "well we all breathe the same air." NP also said that my stomach issues were unrelated to the sore throat and cough I had and were part of something else. She recommended antihistamines to me, which I told her I cannot take as I am breastfeeding (dries up your milk supply) and it didn't seem to phase her. Will not be back.

We had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk/MA, Kayla. I took my daughter to urgent care because I suspected she had the flu. Temp right before we left home was 101.6. Kayla took her temperature and said 98.4. I mentioned that the forehead thermometers are often inaccurate and asked for a tympanic temperature to be taken. You could see the heat in my daughters face and she was warm to the touch. Kayla became very annoyed, but agreed to retake Temperature tympanically was 101.4. When Kayla went to do a strep swab I asked that she use a tongue dispesor because my daughter doesn't do well without one when swabbing. She told me they didn't have any. Which I questioned the fact that they didnt have tongue dispesors. She then opened a messy draw and pulled one out. I asked for a freshly opened one and she proceeded to tell me to not tell he how to do her job and stormed out of the room. The NP took over the remainder of the testing and she was very professional and thorough. I did did not catch her name. Kayla is definitely not loving working with patients and her bedside manner is awful. My daughter was diagnosed with the flu thanks to the NP finishing up our visit. Even with the great experience with the NP it makes me question on returning if the staff is not professional. Update 2/21/24 While I was out of town for work my husband went to undeniable again with our daughter. She presented with s fever of 100 degree and a sore throat. They tested for flu, COVID, strep(rapid and culture sent away). All negative, but told my husband flu since she had been exposed. Prescribed Tamiflu by NP Monique. 8 DAYS later I received a call from. Kroger saying my daughters Antibiotic is ready for pickup. I asked them the prescriber who ordered it and it was Monique. Monique and Undeniable staff waited 8 days to do anything about a positive strep culture which results are back in 3 days. In the meantime was daughter was still sick and exposing countless others to strep. I called Undeniable and spoke with Monique. She gave countless excuses. Bottom line is this is very poor healthcare and Undeniable completely dropped the ball. We won't be giving them a 3rd chance.

Great care and thoughtful practitioners. Got me in quick and did a thorough exam with care and patience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good urgent care facility/practice.
