Staff comes off as uncaring. Long hold times on the phone. 10 years as a patient & have only seen Dr Gerard 2x. Long waits in the waiting room. 3x have booked appts for something specific only to be told they won't do it after all. Refused to do a pap b/c "they are only required every 5 years now". Just Refused to continue thyroid treatment b/c I'd been sent to a specialist who diagnosed something bigger. Was told to do follow up treatment with my primary & they won't do it b/c she didn't diagnose it. Not a friendly or caring environment. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Yes I hung up on the receptionist b/c her explanation of what the Dr told her to say wdidnt make sense but she couldn't elaborate & again the Dr herself was not available to explain the situation.

Have a deep appreciation for Dr. Gorman and the staff. They all take their time in listening to you as a patient--not as if we might be livestock. Dr. Gorman is compassionate as well as efficient and I feel the same about his PA and nurses. Grateful for such a fine staff.

Made an appointment at one time and showed up early for them to take more than an hour to be called. The last thing I want to do is sit in a doctor's office longer than everyone else, who got there after me who have later appointment times than me during the middle of a pandemic.

Horrible no internet, no air conditioning no service. The women was eating a bag of chips and put every call on hold and never called back.
