I dont typically go to the bank, but a banker reached out to me about a deal involving an upgrade with one of my accounts. I attempted to do this at the Fayetteville location where the banker who contacted me worked but that was an epic fail. That location is never not busy and appears understaffed for the volume of people. I stopped by Peachtree City and did a transaction with a friendly teller, Danielle, and then asked about changing my account. I sat for a few minutes and then was helped by the Branch Leader, Charles, who was actually assisting at the teller lines prior to my arrival. Im sure his colleagues appreciate his leadership. He answered my questions confidently and quickly changed my accounts. I appreciated Charles quick service and the overall vibe at the PTC branch. Even though it is further from my home, I would much rather do business here.

Leanne helped me today during my lunch hour. She was courteous and capable. I also appreciated how she took the time to explain a couple details about the service I received. I want to say thank you for the excellent customer service at this Truist location.

Definitely is not the quality of service BB&T once had. Went to the Peachtree city branch to send a wire, they couldn't do it and sent me to Thomas Crossroads. When I asked the teller at Thomas Crossroads she said a Banker would be right with me. The Banker came out and stated she was new and couldn't send it, but one of the tellers would do it. Why didnt they just do it to begin with?
