        Trish in customer service should not be in customer service. Bought a defective concrete chainsaw blade for $600 and she was extremely rude about replacing it. The blade literally lasted 1/2 day. Made less than 2 plunge cuts and it stopped cutting. She did not want to replace it and acted like it was personal. Very unprofessional.
