I should have looked them up on Yelp, because I had the same awful experience as most reviewers there. I purchased from their website a replacement Unisaw fence rail; an aluminum extrusion with a UMHW insert. In the description and illustration the UMHW insert is flat and flush with the rest of the fence, as it must be. However it is not, and a note included in the package with the fence says it may be planed to the exact thickness if needed. But also, the way that the UMHW is attached to the rail causes the front and rear to protrude off of the aluminum, so the surface is not flat and nothing can ride true on it. I called them and explained the issues with the part. I was told that it is a precision milled item and no one else has had any complaints. I replied that mine then must be defective as the insert was not flat over the 43" length and requires planing to be flush with the rail. They said no, not possible, and that if i wanted to return it I had to pay postage myself ($25 for a $102 item). They refused to accept any responsibility for the problem. Other reviewers have had the same issue with poor quality and inconsistency between description and actual item, and then receiving terrible customer service with no responsibility taken. If you do, or want to do, quality work, shop somewhere else!

Over a week to receive a product that I feel is defective.  Buyer has to pay the shipping to return defective items.  As much as I am not a fan of Amazon, there is NO fee to return defective items.   Live and learn I guess!

I bought the Fast Joint system for the router table and I could see if there was a missing bolt or something simple, but I several issues with the product that I can't just ignore without letting others know what they should expect.Incorrect bolts was one of the issue.I also encountered Phillips head screws that were not completely broached, so I couldn't even get the tip of the screwdriver into in.The biggest problem was that the hold down clamps bolt pattern didn't match the fixture's.  I literally had to take it to my bandsaw and notch out slots to be able to mount them.Template alignment was another.  I followed the instructions verbatim, but there were uneven edges on the parts that needed to be cleaned up, not to mention the excessive amount of burrs.For close to $400, I would expect much better quality that the product I received.I can't imagine how much trouble someone without the machinery and resources I have would encounter trying to put this thing together.Just terrible quality control all around.
