        This realtor/broker contracted with my company to perform mold testing in a property that she owned and was selling. She determined after services were performed in full that she no longer needed the service because circumstances changed. As a result she refused to pay for services that she already received in full. This is like going to a restaurant, ordering a meal, eating it, and then refusing to pay because you are no longer hungry. I hope whoever reads this is able to avoid the same outcome. Luz, I hope you will reflect. It's never too late to do the right thing.

      Michael Medley I asked for an estimate that is free of cost you see it on your company’s website, tell Michael not to take the tests, you didn’t inform your company and 15 days later your company sends me an invoice. This is not a mistake that I should pay. It’s not right for Michael to discredit me on my website because of his mistake.
