I am a contractor that has been working with Equimaxit from the beginning. My experience has been amazing. Not only from the work that we get but to see the home sellers get so much more for their homes when they are able to get the necessary repairs done. Duane was good and very informative. The only reason I didn't use them is because of that 5k service fee with all the other fees being super high that was the end all for me. I would of used them if that wasn't added. EDIT: The 5K service fee was on the proposal Duane sent me and my realtor. You can go back and look at what was sent.
