First American Title Lending

I would not recommend this store, working with YEIMI became very difficult, after giving me 100% misleading information. I went almost 2 hours drive to my broken down vehicle to document and do as she asked, just to be denied help drastically for no apparent reason. I spent unnecessary money, that I cannot get back. My specifically told her the amount that I would need to pay for the fix of my vehicle and we were on the same page. Instead of her explaining to me a valid reason for the company not being able to help me she got rude and started to discriminate, " people like you who don't get the loan always wants to leave a review" those were her words. If she's not a liar she's a very misleading employee and I would not deal with her I would go to another company

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Lucy complete trash and Im afraid I will never receive my title after paying it off in December its May I had the pawn for less than a month and now I still havent received my title. I have never dealt with such disrespectful Rachet people in Customer service. If you have a chance NEVER PAWN YOUR TITLE HERE!

This is a bad lending company, they want to reap you off with any slight advantage they get , and bad attitude set of people, I dont advise anyone to patronize them, the one on Jimmy Carter Blvd
