Unprofessional high-pressure door-to-door sales people.

Two young men, a supervisor and someone on a sales internship, knocked on my door at 6:30 in the afternoon TWICE, despite my door having a large sign saying "do not knock." My dog, who has cancer, is very reactive and people knocking on the door stresses him out. When i asked if they read the sign and why they knocked, they proceeded with a sales pitch. Cold callers are obnoxious enough, but sales people that ignore very large, legible signs are something else entirely. Train your employees to have common sense.

Jamari was very knowledgeable and helpful. I explained to him what problems I was having and areas of concern. He took all of what I said into consideration and told me what the normal products and procedures were and how he would use that along with some other products to handle my situation. I would give him a 10/10 and the other guy that was with him needs to work better on his communication
