        In my experience they do not return phone calls, they make promises they don't keep and the quality of the pest control is not as good as any other service I have used in Atlanta. If anyone asked me, I would say to choose almost anyone but Arete.

      While we appreciate your response we are happy to reply what happened here. We were called out to do a Termite letter for this customer. They were trying to sale a home. We let them know the cost is $150 for the inspection. If you pass we will give you a letter that the house is clear. When we showed up to the house we meet with Oscar. After doing the inspection we found termite damage and evidence in the crawlspace, wood damage, standing water and wood up against the house.All conducive conditions for termites. For this reason you can not pass the inspection. Oscar then got mad and let us know if we didn’t pass the letter he would leave us a bad review on Google. We even had him talk to management and he let management know if we didn’t give him the letter for free and sign off on it he would leave us a bad review. Oscar thank you for the review.
