I hired this company to do a complete remediation and insulation in my crawlspace in May of 2014. I trusted that the job was done completely and correctly. But when I had an annual inspection of the crawlspace recently, I discovered that X-MOLD had not done their job as promised. I have had them out several times this month (March 2015) to finish their job, but they still do not finish the job. I don't understand why they want to keep wasting their time and my time by having to come to my house to do what they should have done last year. Sean Humphrey keeps promising me things, but never follows through. I am about to consider this company a COMPLETE FRAUD. They are to come again tomorrow, and if they do their job right this time I will change my opinion of them.

X Mold did finally finish the job in late March 2015 (ONE year after the original contract).. But only when Sean Humphrey came with his crew to do the job. There is a warranty for this work, and I must say Sean Humphrey seems very good about honoring the warranty. I just think that Sean needs more reliable employees. His employees seem to talk a good talk, but do not do a complete job !! I have found that it is not uncommon for employees to "slack off" if their employer is not around.....
