      Hello Mike, I am sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your experience, however we do have a no return policy and when you brought the video game back in you stated that it worked perfectly, you were just unhappy with the game play. Being that the item functions properly it is not eligible for return or exchange. Regarding the pricing, we have a database that we check that provides pricing for video games based off of the average selling price on a variety of resale websites, so it was priced accordingly, and we discussed this during your multiple visits when you inquired about the game.
