Arbor-Nomics has been servicing our yard for two seasons. Prior to hiring this company, we did not have any weeds in our yard. However, as the A-N service has continued, weve had ongoing issues with weeds. Our service rep was non-responsive when we reached out. Also, I filed multiple tickets in the customer portal without follow-up. Poor customer service unless theyre attempting to make additional revenue. Also, youll notice very few negative reviews. Dont be fooled by the limited number. Arbor-Nomics pays people to remove negative reviews. This is what they attempted with me as well, but I declined the offer. My neighbors deserve to see balanced reviews.

We had new zoysia grass installed in our front yard in Summer 2022. On the advice of the guy that I coordinated with to have the grass installed for maintenance, I chose Arbor-nomics Turf to take care of my lawn. I signed up for a lawn maintenance program, in addition to some aeration and fertilizer treatments, some of which included the back and side yards. We have been very pleased so far with the results of our lawn with Arbor-no mics maintenance. The yards look great and I look forward to continuing having them care for them.

04/03/24 Update: Josh Lykins (Branch Manager) stopped by apologizing for the headache we've been experiencing and reassured me we'd be refunded for no service. He then had our yard treated the very next day which I so appreciated! Even the technician text me telling me he was there and apologized for the confusion as well. I revised my review because I'm a reasonable person and customer in giving them an opportunity to turn my frown upside down. Just looking forward to them holding up to their word in resolving our issues. So far, I'm pleased with finally getting through to someone who cares about the customer experience. 3/31/24 How lucky for those of you who've had 5 star experiences with this company because if I could leave none, I absolutely would. You see , my neighbor and I signed up the same day a few months ago and they continually show up and treat my neighbors yard and not ours. We live RIGHT BESIDE EACH OTHER! I called and text the sales guy David and got nowhere and even called the office speaking to Chris the "Operations Manager" and still no further communication or follow up and still NO SERVICE. This is how you treat brand new customers? Beyond ridiculous that a customer has to call and call and text and call begging to service they paid for. I can't wait to get my money back and find a dependable company that I don't have to chase for service!

Jim Sommers is very knowledgeable and professional. He notifies me day before each treatment, the explains the treatment to me (fertilizers, lime, weed control) and whether to water after the treatments. Service: Weed control
