Tree and shrub products are superior and worth the price. Very helpful to have the same knowledgeable technician at every visit.

I subscribed to TruGreen for their TruMaintenance Lawn Plan for weed control beginning earlier this year. After the 5th treatment in July, I began noticing brown spots appear in my front lawn, Tall Fescue. After a few weeks, my entire front yard was brown/dead. I spoke with the service technician in August about the damaged lawn and he stated he’d have a manager come to take a look. For two month now, I’ve repeatedly called TruGreen to get a local manager out to my property. Every time I call I’m forwarded to their call center who can never put me in touch with a local resource. Nor has anyone returned my calls (15+ Since August). Now my front lawn is nothing but weeds due to the fescue being killed off. My next door neighbor and I have/had the same grass but their lawn is flourishing as mine did prior to hiring TruGreen. Stay far away from TruGreen if you want to maintain a healthy lawn and if you prefer doing business with a company that cares about its customers. Service: Weed control
