Nothing good at all to say about Gordon or his services. He believes in billing more than was agreed to and adding late charges galore. Do not trust him, he is vindictive and doesn't know a debit from a credit in my opinion. All he knows is to send someone to collections for not paying his inflated bills immediatelly. Not a nice guy at all! Service: Weed control

Sent my bill to collections after just 35 days late. Basically misplaced the preceding service bill and didn't realize it till the next service. Paid both essentially immediately. Yet received a letter from a collection agency dated one day before my payment cleared. Been a customer in good standing for over 10 years with an 850 credit score. Sent me to collections so I sent them to the curb. With Massey Services now.

This is a one man operation - a wanna be franchise owner. The problem is, his customer service and operations are terrible. He tried to charge me $60 for a service he never did, he backtracked and removed it after i caught him not doing any service on my security cameras. I highly suspect now the products he is putting down and will not be using him again ever. (8/7/2020) - You just proved my point by saying "I own.."

I echo the previous reviews about the owner, Gordon Lang. Had the exact same situations described below about not showing up and then getting invoices for services not performed. He’s trying to bill me for a service that he apparently did 12 months ago at a previous property even though he never mentioned it once we moved and he started treating our new property. I fired him in January of this year because in addition to the terrible accounting issues, he does shoddy work and our yard was a mess. Only after that did he start trying to collect for this year old service. I Have multiple emails from him confirming our account is current but he’s relentless. I’m sure Gordon will comment on this and say something to the effect of “he doesn’t pay his bills” like he has with others but it’s just not true. Avoid this company like the plague. They will ruin your yard in addition to driving you crazy with nonsensical accounting issues. Service: Weed control
