I highly recommend this company and its services! My AC unit was not turning on and I initially thought is was done. I contacted Shaw Home Services and made an appt for estimates to replace or repair. Even though I went with the repair, I will definitely contact to assist with replacement when the time comes because Richard was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable! He was respectful of my time and my home and completed the work in record time. Such a positive and easy experience! To sum it up, they went above and beyond to resolve the issues! So Rare in today's world.

Ive been searching for technician after technician and we were finally able to get someone who was honest and trustworthy. The service was exceptional and outstanding. Would definitely recommend and keep them for future use.

I am very glad to meet Mr Richard Shaw the owner and very happy and most certainly satisfied with the work him and his respected crew did for my home here in Suwanee, in a timely manner, the whole job was done perfect, constant follow-up the next three days, like no other company Ive seen would do I definitely recommend them for families and friends with no doubt in my mind, he would treat everyone just like his own family thank you, Mr Richard looking forward to do more business with you .

(Update, same day) after I left this review , Richard text me directly from his personal number cursing at me and harassing me to take down the review. This was simple matter of civil business , now youre turning it into something more than it has to be. I have all the right to leave a review without being harassed. I got an email from the HOA with Richards contact information, he lives in my subdivision so I thought I would help the locals out. My HVAC units were working fine; they were just bit noisy and I wonder if any maintenance can help. He came and took a look at them , and told me I would have to replace them altogether for 10k. I never an asked him to do anything further. He suddenly unplug my Hvac unit power supply and plugged it back in again and the fan stop working. The unit still turns on but the fan doesnt spin. I called another HVAC company and they came out to diagnose it and I told him what happen. They said he must have electrically faulted the fan power when he unplug the power supply while the fan was still running. He was supposed to turn off the unit from the inside on the thermostat first before killing the power supply on the outside. I called Richard back and he flat out lied and said the fan wasnt spinning before he got there. Im a little taken back because the guy actually lives in my subdivision. I simply asked him to pay the bill for the replacement of the fan. He refused and hung up on me. I will be reaching out to the BBB.
