ETA: After posting my reviews on several sites (original review below), the store manager reached out and offered to replace the frames at no charge. It did mean another 45 mile drive to the store, but he was kind to offer. If the staff can't help you with something in store, ask for the manager.
I purchased glasses here in May 2023 for my daughter and even with offered discounts they were $300. One of the sides broke off at the hinge while she was wearing the glasses. She's a 20 year old college student so she's not exactly rough with her glasses. Since they were only 9 months old I went back to Visionworks to ask about having them repaired or replaced. They said all they could do was offer me 25% off a new pair of frames ($170). Frankly I find this ridiculous. A $300 pair of glasses should last longer than 9 months. I would NEVER purchase glasses from a company that doesn't stand behind what they sell. Lesson learned - we'll stick with affordable options like Costco or Warby Parker for the rest of our lives.

Very helpful. I enjoyed the service that they give stop by. They work with all types of insurance and Im very pleased with my glasses.

Lolita needs to work on her attitude otherwise shell continue driving customers out the door. Everyone else was super helpful & nice! Its a shame the other employees have to deal with her.
