Avoid this location like the plague. I booked an appointment for myself and my family several weeks ago. I received a series of text messages about my appointment and I replied once confirming my appointments. On the day of our appointment, we arrived only to find out our appointments were canceled. The desk clerk stated she did not hear from us so she canceled our appointment. We asked if we could be seen that day (the store did not have any clients waiting). The manager told us we couldn't be seen and there were no appointments for that day. She said they were coming back from lunch, (which was at 3 pm). After trying to convince the manager to see me and my family to no avail, I decided that Visionworks didn't want our money, I would spend my money somewhere else. After speaking with another Visionworks manager from another location, I was told Visionworks is a walk-in establishment. The manager at the Camp Creek location should have seen me and my family that day as a walk-in. The staff at the Camp Creek location is the epitome of unprofessionalism. For the staff to freely and blatantly lie to customers is unacceptable. I will happily spend my money somewhere else. My complaint is with the corporate office. I will never refer anyone to this store. Visionworks in general is great, my advice is to visit another Visionworks Retail Store and avoid the Camp Creek location at all costs.
