If you're on any journey, you need to have a great team around you in order to succeed. It doesn't matter if it's business, spiritual, or fitness, it's very difficult to do it on your own. You MUST have people in your corner to help and encourage you. I started a cardio kickboxing class in June at Independent MMA and Fitness of Newnan to go along with my strength training program. Some days are harder than others (although there hasn't been an easy day yet), but each time I leave I can't wait to go back because of the encouragement and commitment my coach Pierce Copeland has given me. I'm dropping weight and have more energy throughout my day. All by adding this into my routine. 6am is tough sometimes but it kickstarts my day to a point that my productivity has increased in my business, my focus is more on point, and my mood is better throughout the day (which is great for my marriage). I can't recommend this gym and class enough. Monday / Wednesday / Friday at 6am. If you're in the Newnan area, I highly recommend it. I wouldn't want any other gym or coach to be on my team in this area.

Horrible customer service and false advertising. The guy who worked at the front desk was short patient and extremely unprofessional. We were quoted a completely different amount of money for a trial membership. I absolutely would not recommend this gym to anyone at all.
