Master J. Kim and his instructors are highly skilled, patient, enthusiastic, and professional. My children love their twice-weekly classes, and my wife and I appreciate the ease of online scheduling. Master Kim communicates effectively regarding special events and belt testing, and his prices are competitive.

Master Kim is the absolute best with the kids. He knows every name and works at every ability level. It's such a positive environment.

So, my kiddo is enrolled in a membership with this school. I just called to inform them I needed to pause his membership due to health reasons and having to be cleared by the specialists prior to his return. The billing manager Jennifer was very inconsiderate and thought it would be ok to still charge us for the time that my kiddo is out. Absolutely NOT. Our entire conversation she made it seem as though we were inconviencing them because my kiddo health problem is making them miss out on $135 payment for April. Have compassion! I've felt for some time this facility was money hungry(they charge outrageous prices for everything. But we really like the school. But this is the final straw.

Didn't have a good experience with him at an event. More concerned with payment than the children's experience.
