        This is my 2nd time using Nathan Baugh Heating & Cooling! Last summer he put a new unit in for my upstairs but before he did he took the time to explain everything & even shared with me why my upstairs unit was not functioning properly! We had such an incredible experience with our upstairs unit installment that we decided to replace our downstairs unit before anything did become an issue! He and his crew always go above & beyond! They leave everything cleaner than they found it & that is definitely appreciated in a time where some do not bother to do the bare minimum of their job! I would recommend this team over and over again! And actually have numerous times! Nathan & his team are the best!

        When we were looking on line for a HVAC company, Nathan Baugh had all 5 star ratings. How could this be possible? So we decided to give them a try. The office manager Jessi was very pleasant to talk to, and got us a technician that same day. Daniel came out to our home and we purchased the plan where they come out every 6 months to clean and inspect our furnace. Our heat exchanger had never had maintenance. So Daniel did that and educated us in how things work. We needed to have a wifi thermostat installed and the next day Travis and Anthony came to install that. All three of these gentleman were respectful of us and our home. I highly recommend this company!! Anthony insisted on clean up the mess that was made from the installation. I told him not to worry about it, but he insisted that he do this. See pics I have included. This also speaks volumes about the company!!
