I got home and it was 86 inside despite the AC being in full blast. I called the Nathan Baugh office and they had someone out within the hour. The technician immediately diagnosed the issue and replaced my capacitor, fan motor, and topped off my refrigerant. Got the AC back up and running in no time. I honestly can't recommend them enough.

So Ive known Nathan for years and think the world of him and his family. He and his crew are no doubt, the finest HVAC business in the entire state. He took care of us and my grandparents while being on time and providing second to none service. But the reason I would trust him over all of that is what he has done for my Best Friend: Darren Thomas who after getting hired, quickly climbed the ladder and became a leader there. Nathan Baugh himself came to my house to repair my air conditioning unit! He came on Sunday afternoon and with a smile quickly repaired my AC. Our air conditioner went out due to a storm that came through on Friday evening. I called Saturday morning, left a message and Shae came out today, Monday morning, and repaired the problem. Great service, very professional and reasonably priced! Highly Recommend! Service: Repair HVAC
