Our dishwasher had been unusable for 2 years and finally decided to get someone in to take a look to determine if it was repairable or needed a new one. Andre showed up on a Friday and within 30 mins was able to: analyze the situation to determine possible root causes, perform a cost-benefit analysis on repair vs new install, and order the needed part all while carrying on a conversation on a topic of mutual interest. By Monday the part had been delivered, and within 20 mins the dishwasher was functional again. Definitely the go-to company for any appliance repair and outstanding job by Andre! Hands down the best experience I've ever had with appliance repair. Another repair company mangled our office's ice maker in our refrigerator and OMG came quickly and fixed the problem just as fast.
