If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would! I haven't been paid for the first week of being employed for this company. Now, they're taking me through hell just to be compensated for the hours that I worked. Secondly, the communication between CNA's , client and human resource is TERRIBLE. I was sent to a home that the company had already hired another CNA for. Wasted gas to and from ! I won't be compensated for that until this week . But who really knows? My first client told they didn't pay the last CNA that had been to her home. I normally don't indulge in gossip but I wish I would've listened. The coordinator sent me to a home that was had a client that is 100% total care. But I was told she was SELF. The communication!! Not 100 percent sure if they even do a walk through at some of these homes because...... Anyways, this company seems to accept anyone just for the money grab from insurance companies. I'd NEVER refer anyone to this company as an employee. Definitely contacting the department of labor.

This is the worst company you can ever pick my mom has been with this company three years out of them three years she calls me to tell me how a nurse Mrs kelsey lied on her put words in her mouth that she did not say about a aide she never had any issues with she proceeds to say the nurse suggested that she can replace her and she said that the company takes three weeks to send someone can she continue coming until they provide care then my mom decided to leave the company after she said kelsey reported the aide leaves early and always late this company has given my mom hell with different aides in and out up until now I just about had it leave that side alone she has done her job very well with excellent customer service and experience she does whats shes suppose to do you guys are really a disgrace to the csra as for the aide Mrs jaycobia find another career this company does not deserves you
