Focus On You Private Care

I required 24/7 care when I returned home from surgery last year. FOU was suggested by my caseworker at Walton Rehab. My caregivers made it possible for me to come home, rather than transfer to another facility for further care, so I was really happy. I really liked my caregivers and the help they gave me. My only reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 was because of a couple of scheduling problems. All of my caregivers were knowledgeable and I really appreciated their input into my care. They became friends.

I have enjoyed the flexibility and support of the staff while working at Focus on You Private Care. Ms. Teanna, Ms. Hillary and Ms. Shawn have been great from day 1 in securing compatible partnerships among families and and caregivers/CNAs. The opportunity to interact directly with families and meet needs is incomparable when it comes to providing top-notch service. Besides this, independence has been a key factor in loving what I do here! A great big thank you to all the Staff & Families we are connected with!! Focus On You company very efficient. company to work with. Staff from Ms Tianna, Ms. Hillary. and others work very with me. Informative; work very well with connecting appropriate workers to fit your family dynamics. I totally appreciate interviews, brief resume,meet n greets w/ potential clientele. There is always open lines of communication.

Focus On You Private Care is the best company I have ever worked for. They put your happiness first. Anytime I've had an issue or concern it was addressed immediately. If I'm frustrated with a situation and need an listen ear they there.
