Just paid off my car loan and I can't even really be happy about it. I feel like I got taken advantage of. I was told in 2019 when I was in my early 20's buying my first car, that If I paid multiple hundreds for gap insurance that it would be reimbursed to me at the time of paying off my loan if I didn't use it. Come to find out, that not only was that a lie... But when I refinanced my vehicle about 2 years ago they completely removed the gap insurance without telling me! Never let me know in the negotiations for refinancing that I'd be loosing that protection. Today, when I asked where the money went they seemed to be unable to answer. She finally said it was applied to the original loan.
I'm so very disappointed in this company. I feel like I was naive to trust them to keep their word.

Talked to a lady in her office about a checking question. She answered with not the best voice tone. Then I asked for a replacement folder as mine had worn out. Grungually, gave me 1 saying they were only for new customers. I won't say how much I have in this bank but you have a difficult time with a folder.

I have been a member for years. I typically only visit thos branch because they are familiar to me, and the faces don't randomly change every month like most banks. Very nice, professional, and have many options for anything. I have another bank as well, but this will always be my primary!

The Branch Manager Ramona is very unprofessional. I came in to set up a business account. I decided not to do business with SRP after observing the way she talks to her staff. SRP you need to do better.
