This place is for people on a budget. I didnt see a ton of expensive units but they were knowledgeable about what units were made better and why. They fix old units and resell them cheap. Yes the selection is small and yes the property is smaller than they need. The reviews are not accurate for the service I got for a good used Kenmore it was fantastic. The warranty is based on the unit you buy and they were nice enough to double the warranty period for me for peace of mind. Dont waste your time if you want it to look brand new as these are all repaired older units. Dont waist your time if you want it to be as clean as a Home Depot. These people are working with the space they have and the service was great.

I came to the store 6 times. Each time the door was open but there was nobody to help me. I called the store number to see if someone was there and a person told me he was there now. So I arrived at the store in 10 minutes and there was nobody there. Dont waste your time with this place.
